On April 15, let's come together in Ann Arbor to advocate FOR tax reform:
- FOR progressive tax reform to create a system that works for all of us—not just the billionaire donors in Trump's cabinet....
- FOR adequate tax revenues for local and regional governments to fix our roads and bridges, to provide excellent mental and public health services, and to pay employees a living wage...
- FOR our president to release his tax returns, in the interest of transparent and ethical government.
Where & When: Gather in front of the Federal Building/Post Office beginning at 1:30pm. March begins shortly after 2:00pm. We'll march through downtown Ann Arbor to the University of Michigan's Diag. Featured speakers include Congresswoman Debbie Dingell, State House Representative Yousef Rabhi (Ann Arbor), State House Representative Kristy Pagan (Canton), University of Michigan Law Professor and Sr. Counsel to the Detroit Mayor Eli Savit, Ann Arbor School Board Trustee Susan Baskett, and students from Progressives at the University of Michigan.
